This frozen pineapple mojito is bright, refreshing, and perfect for warm days. Blended with real pineapple and finished with a hint of citrus, it’s a crisp, icy drink that feels both light and indulgent — without added sugar.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp SweetUnion Lemon Syrup (or as per taste)
  • Handful of pineapple (fresh or frozen)
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice
  • Splash of soda water (optional)

Instructions:

  • Add pineapple, mint, syrup, and ice to a blender
  • Blend until smooth and slushy
  • Pour into a glass
  • Top with a splash of soda water (optional)
  • Stir gently and serve
